38 Will Be Great!!!

So says the cake :0)  My precious parents came over to celebrate yesterday and they brought with them dinner, desert and lots of lovin'!  I was sooooo grateful because I have been struggling to even look at food lately.  Brian had made a venison stew on Tuesday eve. knowing that he would be at work on Weds. - but I just can't stomach the thought of wild game right now.  He's so good to me though.  He wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to have to cook on my b-day.  

It was a sweet day that started with an early morning reflection of all of the beautiful gifts God has poured into my life...His amazing LOVE...which thus includes my precious husband and children, His provision in my life, my job that I love, my sweet home, and my friends and family who are so dear to me.  Amazing love!  

Fall break has been wonderful!  Lazy mornings, boys piling into our bed to share some sweet times of sharing and laughing,  playing outside in the gorgeous fall weather, riding bikes with friends, raking leaves, hikes, pumpkins, pumpkin lattes (yummy...decaf for me of course) and visits from family.  We are so blessed!
