The Lost Shall Be Found!!!

Dog-dog is home safe and sound!  Thank you Jesus for our Easter miracle.  We received a call today from a gentleman at the mobile-home park here in FH.  Apparently Jake has been with them since yesterday.  The oldest daughter had noticed the ID plate on his collar today, thus the phone call.  Everyone is so relieved.  Jake came home and had a nice bath and he is all cozied up in front of the fireplace as I type.  He is in his doggy dream-land dreaming about his "woofcapades" (escapades)!  

Again, God is so faithful.  His favor draws me to His side as I sit here and peer across the hills. The sunset is breaking through the clouds and I am totally captivated by the Goodness of our God on this Good Friday!  He did it!  It is finished!  Thank You Savior for dying for me so that I could have LIFE in YOU!  

Here is an excerpt from "My Utmost for His Highest"...

"The Cross was a superb triumph in which the foundations of hell were shaken.  There is nothing more certain in Time or Eternity than what Jesus did on the Cross:  He switched the whole of the human race back into right relationship with God.  He made Redemption the basis of human life, that is, He made a way for every one of us to get into communion with God.

And it ends with..."The Cross is the point where God and sinful man merge with a crash and the way to life is open - but the crash is on the heart of God!"  Ponder that one!  He gave His all and the Cross is the center of Time and Eternity, the answer to the enigmas of both!  Hallelujah!  We are forgiven and have communion with the Father because of what Jesus did on this...Good Friday!
